Our Services
Columbine Engineering was the Prime Consultant for this multi-school project upgrading the HVAC systems at Edgewater, Elk Creek, Peck, Secrest, and Thomson Elementary Schools. The scope varied at each school, Edgewater was a boiler and control system upgrade, Elk Creek was a AHU and RTU replacement, Peck was a boiler replacement, Secrest was an air cooled chiller replacement, and Thomson Elementary was replacement of (16) RTUs. As the Prime Consultant, we managed the architectural and structural consultants.
