We are seeking an Mechanical Engineer to become an integral part of our design team!

Must have excellent management skills, be able to complete projects from start to finish including field work, have successful past experience managing clients to ensure successful projects for all involved and be able to maintain deadlines without supervision. Projects mostly in Denver Metro area with some across and out of state. Projects include, K-12 Schools, Telecom, retail, office, medical, lab, restaurants, multi-family, infrastructure, ground up and TI. Broad scope of projects in small sized friendly firm located in Lakewood CO. Salary consistent with experience and skills, good benefits. Please provide resume with past experience and references.

Responsibilities:

• Survey existing building systems to complete accurate as-builts.
• Assess and modify existing HVAC and Plumbing systems to meet new space requirements.
• Coordinate with Electrical and Structural Engineer on projects.
• Coordinate with Architect on projects.
• Create drawings in AutoCAD.
• Track project time lines to complete tasks on schedule
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, architects and building owners, and build new relationships.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Mechanical Engineering. 10 years preferred.
• AutoCAD
• Trace Load Design
• Bluebeam
• MS Office
• Revit experience not required, but preferred.
• Professional Engineering License, preferred but not required
