Columbine Engineering was the Prime Consultant for this multi-school project upgrading the HVAC systems at Campbell, Little and Van Arsdale Elementary Schools. The scope varied at each school, Campbell was an air cooled chiller replacement, controls upgrade, and addition of a new RTU to support the Admin area, Little ES was replacement of (12) RTUs and a controls upgrade and Van Arsdale was the replacement of (7) RTUs and a control system upgrade. As the Prime Consultant, we managed the architectural and structural consultants.
