The bank utilizes the basement, the west portion of the main level, and the second floor. In addition, there are two future tenant suites located on the east side of the building, totaling approximately 5,000 square feet. The second floor is designed to include both indoor and outdoor spaces, offering an ideal setting for events and entertaining on those perfect Colorado days.
We developed an energy-efficient HVAC system tailored to the bank's specific needs, ensuring comfort for employees and customers year-round. Our team also integrated zoning strategies to allow for flexibility in the future tenant spaces, with a focus on minimizing energy consumption and operational costs.
The electrical systems were designed to accommodate the current operational requirements of the bank while planning for future growth. This included high-quality lighting solutions, power distribution, emergency systems, all optimized for efficiency and reliability.
Our plumbing services included the design of a modern and efficient system, ensuring proper water supply and drainage throughout the building. We also implemented water-saving solutions and designed systems that are sustainable and cost-effective for both the bank’s operations and potential future tenants.
By incorporating thoughtful, efficient, and adaptable MEP systems, Columbine Engineering helped create a facility that is not only comfortable and reliable but also forward-thinking, ensuring its long-term success.
