Our Services
Columbine Engineering is the Prime Consultant working under US Engineering for this Design-Build project. We provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the removal of the water-cooled chiller and associated cooling tower, and the installation of a new high efficiency air-cooled chiller located on grade. The project also included new primary chilled water pumps, piping, and upgrades to the chilled water system controls.
