Our Services
Columbine Engineering is the Prime Consultant working under US Engineering for this Design-Build project. We provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the removal of the water-cooled chiller and associated cooling tower, and the installation of a new split condenser/evaporate air-cooled chiller. The new condenser is located on the roof where the old cooling tower was, and the evaporator and compressors are located in the chiller room. The project also included new chilled water pumps, piping, and upgrades to the chilled water system controls.
