IHS Markit

Since 1959 IHS Markit has offered a broad base of engineering data for manufacturing, design, repair and research companies. Their regional headquarters is located in Englewood, Co near the Centennial Airport. The project consisted of several different phases over the last several years. The ceiling of most of the 70,000 square feet was removed and five skylights were strategically placed to coordinate with the existing ductwork and structure. The lighting was updated to led and was a combination of LED up and down lights in the open ceiling areas.

This remodel will keep IHS Markit on the cutting edge for years to come, not only in their business but in creating a welcoming space for their employees.
