Guild's Education’s National Headquarters resides at Republic Plaza in downtown Denver includes 4 floors in the tower and a day care center in the retail portion. The concept is very open with one of the floors open to structure. Guild’s headquarters is consistent with the company’s way of helping working adults go back to school with online programs and degrees designed just for them, always thinking out of the box.
Hub International is an insurance brokerage company. Their 18,500 square foot, full floor office is on the I-25 corridor between downtown and the Denver Technology Center. The mechanical and electrical systems were designed to have a open and airy feeling with much of the space being open to the structure.
Located at the Palazzo Verdi Building in Greenwood Village. The build-out for Newmont consisted of approximately 166,000 square feet of space on 7 floors. Each floor has a 24/7 IDF closet in addition to a data center located on the 8th floor. The data center is the hub for the international operation. The space includes a 150 KVA UPS with full generator back up. This project was designed to be LEED sensitive as part of Plazzo Verdi’s pursuit of LEED Gold certification for the environmentally friendly building.
Many of our tenant improvement projects include small to large size server rooms that rely on 24/7 condenser water for cooling. To help maintain the condenser loop at one Denver high rise, Columbine Engineering facilitated the design and installation of the Lakos side stream separator and filtration system into the system. In the end reducing maintenance costs and time for both the landlord and the various tenants.
